Meet the Visionaries
Captain
Dr. Devinn Geeson is a dentist, entrepreneur, speaker, and coach who built and sold three dental practices in less than five years for 8.5 times their value. Today, she helps dental professionals recognize the importance of measuring the KPIs of life alongside the KPIs of business to create truly profitable and fulfilling practices.
Known for her message to “Live Your Today” and “Stop Rescheduling Joy,” Dr. Geeson inspires audiences around the world to build lives and careers they love while creating meaningful impact in their communities.
Founder
Elijah Desmond founded Smiles at Sea with a vision to transform the way dental professionals experience education, networking, and community. His innovative approach combined continuing education, travel, entertainment, and personal growth to create experiences unlike anything else in dentistry.
A lifelong entrepreneur, Elijah began his career as a motivational speaker at just 15 years old. Since then, he has launched multiple successful businesses, authored Serial Entrepreneur: From Startup to Success, and dedicated his career to helping others realize their full potential.
His passion is empowering people to recognize the incredible possibilities within themselves and create lives filled with purpose, growth, and impact. When he is not building businesses or creating experiences, you will likely find him enjoying another cruise adventure with his family.
